領域簡介:

工程碩士專業學位屬非全日制研究生教育,面向工程技術和工程管理的在職人員招生。工程碩士研究生的學制一般為3年。

工程碩士專業學位是1997年國務院學位委員會正式設置的專業學位。

工程碩士專業學位獲得者只有學位證書,沒有研究生畢業證書。

我國工程碩士研究生入學考試擬采取兩段制考試辦法。第一階段,考生參加由國家統一組織的工程碩士研究生入學資格考試(英文名稱為Graduate Candidate Test for Master of Engineering,簡稱“GCT-ME”)。主要測試考生的綜合素質??忌摹癎CT-ME”成績有效期暫定為兩年,具有培養工程碩士資格的高等學??筛鶕拘5膶嶋H情況自行確定報考本校工程碩士研究生“GCT-ME”的合格分數線。第二階段,由考生持本人的“GCT-ME”成績單,到所報考的院校申請參加學校自行組織的綜合測試。各高等學校根據該考生的“GCT-ME”成績和綜合測試結果決定是否錄取。

“GCT-ME”試卷由四部分構成:語言表達能力測試、數學基礎能力測試、邏輯推理能力測試、外語運用能力測試。實踐證明,這四個方面是人的綜合素質與能力的集中體現。通過必要的自然科學、人文與社會科學等背景知識,測試考生的潛在能力,是“GCT-ME”考試的重點,也是采用“GCT-ME”考試的目的。

“GCT-ME”考試總計3個小時,每部分為45分鐘。試題均為客觀選擇題,含閱讀理解、分析判斷、正誤辯識、情景分析、數理解題、邏輯推理等類別。答題形式為選擇、填空等。試題知識面覆蓋哲學、經濟學、法學、教育學、文學、歷史學、理學、工學、農學、醫學、軍事學、管理學等門類。通過給出的試題,重點考核考生綜合能力水平和反應速度。

機械工程是為國民經濟建設和社會發展提供各類機械裝備和生產制造技術以創造物質財富和提高社會文明水準的工程領域。其工程碩士學位授權單位培養從事機械設備設計、生產制造、檢測與控制、使用及維修的高級工程技術人才。研修的主要課程有:政治理論課、外語課、高等工程數學、高等工程力學、現代設計理論與方法、現代制造技術及自動化、現代控制論基礎、現代試驗技術、電子與信息技術基礎、現代材料學、現代管理學基礎,以及適當選擇與行業相關的專業機械的研究、設計和制造等課程。

一、概述

機械工程是為國民經濟建設和社會發展提供各類機械裝備和生產制造技術以創造物質財富和提高社會文明水準的重要工程領域,是與人類社會活動關系十分密切、應用非常廣泛的工程領域。它是一個傳統的工程領域,自人類有史以來,就為生產活動所關注,第一次工業革命、第二次工業革命乃至當前的信息革命,無不直接或間接地同機械工程的發展有密切關系;它也是一個發展迅速的工程領域,隨著電子技術、自動化技術、計算機及軟件技術、材料科學的發展和滲透,充實和豐富了本領域的基礎,拓寬和發展了本領域的研究范疇,并促進機械產品和生產過程向精密化、自動化、智能化、連續化、高效化、集成化方向發展。

本領域涉及機械設計、制造、試驗、使用、維修等基礎理論、技術和方法。并與材料工程、動力工程、電氣工程、電子與信息工程、控制工程、計算機技術、工業設計工程等工程領域及力學學科密切相關。

二、培養目標

培養從事機械設備設計、生產制造、檢測及控制、使用及維修的高級工程技術人才。

機械工程領域工程碩士要求掌握現代機械設計基礎理論和方法、現代制造技術(包括工藝過程、制造加工設備及系統)、現代控制理論和方法、機電液一體化技術、試驗技術、機械性能分析技術、使用維修理論及技術。具有從事新產品開發設計能力、生產工藝設計及實施能力、生產設備管理及使用維修能力。

三、領域范圍

由于工程碩士直接為工礦企業和交通運輸部門培養高層次工程技術人才,行業特征應該比較突出。行業的覆蓋面歸納起來可分為:機械制造設備及生產系統;

工程施工機械及生產系統,材料、化工等專用生產設備及生產系統,起重、運輸車輛及物流系統,農業生產機械等。

根據工程技術人員工作性質,領域范圍可分為:機械設備的設計、開發,機械設備的制造及管理,機械設備的質量控制、性能檢測、試驗和特性分析,生產設備管理、使用、保養和維修。

四、課程設置

基礎課:科學社會主義理論、自然辯證法、外語、高等工程數學、高等工程力學、計算機技術應用及程序設計等。

技術基礎課:現代設計理論與方法、現代制造技術及其自動化、現代控制論基礎、現代試驗技術、電子與信息技術基礎、現代材料學、現代管理學基礎等。

專業課:根據服務的行業確定,如化工機械、冶金機械、農業機械、工程機械、車輛工程及與各工程領域密切相關的課程等。由培養單位與合作企業根據實際需要確定。

上述課程可定為學位課程和非學位課程。此外,還可以根據實際情況進行不同的組合和設置。課程學習總學分不少于28個學分。

五、學位論文

結合企業的實際課題進行研究工作,根據研究結果撰寫論文。對于新產品設計與開發的技術成果,論文應該具有設計方案的比較、評估,設計計算書,完整的圖紙;對于重大技術改造和革新的成果,應該具有對原設備與技術的評價,改造和革新方案的評述及結果的技術和經濟效果分析;對于產品質量控制和試驗的成果,必須有試驗方案、完整的實驗數據、數據處理分析方法、結果分析;對于生產設備管理成果,必須給出新的管理理論體系,對企業產量和質量作效果分析,并給出創新管理信息系統等。

Abstract:

Mechanical Engineering concerns various types of machinery and manufacturing equipment used to create property and improve the standard of living. The department which grants master's degrees prepares students for careers as high-level engineers, specializing in mechanical design, production manufacturing, measurement and control, operation and maintenance. The program includes political theory, foreign language, advanced mathematics, advanced mechanics, design theory and methods, manufacturing techniques and automation, control fundamentals, experimental techniques, electrical and information fundamentals, material properties, management tools and other courses related to research, design and manufacturing of machinery in various specialties.

I. Introduction

Mechanical engineering, an important and widely applied engineering field closely related to people’s social activities, provides manufacturing technologies and equipment to create material wealth and promote social progress in the construction of China’s national economy. As a traditional engineering field since the beginning of human history, mechanical engineering has always been the focus of all kinds of production activities. For instance, the First and Second Industrial Revolutions, as well as the present Information Revolution, are all directly or indirectly related to its development. Mechanical engineering is also a rapidly developing field. With the growth and permeation of electronic technology, automation technology, computer and software technique, material science, the foundation of the field has been enriched; the research in this field has been broadened and developed. Therefore, mechanical products and production processes are promoted to develop toward precision, automation, intelligence, progression, integration and high efficiency.

Involving a wide range of basic theories and methods such as mechanical design, manufacture, testing, application, maintenance, technique and method, mechanical engineering has a close tie to material engineering, power engineering, electric engineering, electronics and information engineering, control engineering, computer technique, and industrial design engineering.

II. Program Objectives

The specialty of mechanical engineering aims to train senior engineers to be engaged in the design, manufacture, measurement, control, application and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Graduate is required to grasp basic theories and methods of mechanical design, modern control, modern manufacture technology (including both technological process and machining equipment), as well as technology in mechanic-electronic-hydraulic integration, testing technology, mechanical performance analysis, theory and technology for application and maintenance. He must also have the capabilities of developing new products, designing and implementing production processes and managing, operating and maintaining production equipment.

III. Scope of the Field

1. With distinctive trade characteristics, mechanical engineering can be categorized as follows:

manufacturing equipment and production system,

construction machinery and production system for architectural and civil engineering,

special production equipment and system for material and chemical engineering,

crane, transportation vehicle and logistic system,

agricultural production machinery,etc.

2. In terms of the specific work of engineers, it is composed of the following branches:

design and development of machinery and equipment,

manufacturing and management of machinery and equipment,

quality control, performance measurement, testing and analysis of the property of machinery and equipment,

management, operation, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

IV. Curriculum

Basic courses:

scientific socialism, dialectics of nature, foreign language, higher engineering mathematics, higher engineering mechanics, computer application technique, design of computer software, etc.

Basic technical courses:

modern design theory and method, modern manufacturing technology and automation, fundamentals of modern control, modern experimental technique, fundamentals of electrical and information technology, modern material science, modern management science, etc.

Specialized courses:

specialized courses are selected according to actual requirements of the home enterprise through negotiation with the training unit. Tentative choices include chemical engineering machinery, metallurgy machinery, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, vehicle engineering or other related courses.

The above courses can be chosen as degree or non-degree courses. They can be added or lifted in accordance with the requirements of the home enterprise. The total credits must be no less than twenty-eight.

V. Thesis

Research is carried out on actual projects of the home enterprise, on which the thesis is based. Theses dealing with design of new products and technical development must contain comparison and evaluation of design schemes, documents for design and calculation, and full drawings. Those focusing on important technical advance and revolution must include evaluation of the former equipment and technique, introduction to the improved scheme and analysis of technical and economic results. Those on product quality control and experiments must incorporate testing schemes, complete testing data, methods for analysis of the data and discussions of the results. Those on management of production equipment must present new theoretical systems for management, effect analysis of the output and product quality, together with new information systems for management.
